AYURVEDIC HEALTH CONSULTATIONS
1:1 consultations are two-part.
The initial intake is 90 minutes long. Clients will complete a detailed health and lifestyle history and return this intake form prior to the consult. Together, we will explore how your current diet, lifestyle, sleep, and stress patterns are affecting you, and how we can manage dis-ease through small shifts in these areas.

The follow-up is 45 minutes long. We will discuss how my recommendations have landed in the time since our first session and how we can continue to support your vitality.

Ayurvedic Health Intake Bundle: $150
This includes both the initial consult, the follow-up, and communication via e-mail in between sessions. Payment is due at time of booking.

Cancelation Policy
A full refund is given to clients who cancel 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance can choose to move their session to a different date or they will lose their payment.
